You and your guests text a single number. Hotel changes, flights, transfers, lounges, lost luggage, the room that wasn’t ready, the driver who didn’t show — answered, smoothed, handled. The party itself stays with you.

A clifftop hotel with the suites lined up next to each other. A long terrace dinner above the sea, a hidden cove sail, a slow Sunday at the spa. Every transfer from Palma, every hotel preference, every “where am I supposed to be at four?” — held in the background.
The bachelorette in Lisbon
A perfectly curated villa, hotel intros for a fado dinner, a Tagus boat day, mornings of pastéis de nata and miradouros. The flight that got cancelled out of JFK was rebooked before anyone in the group chat noticed.
The 50th anniversary in Tuscany
A vineyard estate in Val d’Orcia, Vespa transfers through hill towns, a long table dinner under cypress trees coordinated through the estate. Each grandchild got their own welcome message; each grown child got the wine list.
The family reunion in Costa Rica
Zip-lining, beach time, surf lessons for the kids, a farewell dinner the resort team handled. Tripsby kept everyone on the same page across four time zones and three flight changes.

Are you event planners?
No — we’re the travel layer. Hotels, villas, flights, transfers, the on-the-ground concierge for every travel-side problem. The party itself, the dinner you’re building it around, the surprise you’ve cooked up — that part stays with you (or your event planner). We hold the travel together so you don’t have to.
How far in advance should we start?
Eight to twelve weeks is the sweet spot for a big trip abroad. That said, we’ve put one together in nineteen days. Give us as much time as you have.
How big a group can you handle?
We’ve planned trips for couples, sixteen-person bachelorettes, and a forty-person family reunion across three villas. Group size shapes the plan; it doesn’t limit it.
What does it cost?
Concierge planning is included for trips above a small minimum spend on travel. Hotels, flights and experiences are charged at standard rates — never marked up. We tell you the number before we book anything.
What if something goes sideways on the trip?
Text the concierge. Flight rebooked, room re-issued, driver re-routed — the on-the-ground line is staffed for the duration of the trip, every time zone.
